Jonas Software UK Acquires AMI Education Solutions Ltd.

Jonas Computing (UK) Ltd ("Jonas") today announced the completion of the acquisition of AMI Education Solutions Ltd from RM Education, further expanding its commitments to the UK Education market. AMI through Easytrace brand is a leading provider of smart card and biometric software for Education, focused on cashless catering, and a wide set of applications, all controlled by a single card or finger print, and is a leading supplier to the Government new build and academy programme. Easytrace from AMI Education Solutions will form part of the Jonas Education business unit, which also includes Gladstone Education. Adding the Easytrace software and services to their Education portfolio significantly furthers Jonas' goal of becoming the premier supplier of software and services to this strategic market.
