Management Solutions for Education
Infinity
Infinity is the central back-end database from which users manage, monitor and carry out daily tasks for all EasyTrace modules.
The system is user-definable, so multiple accounts can be set up for a variety of uses, and is integrated with the establishment's exiting MIS system to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems at all times. Names and pictures can be downloaded from Sims.Net to minimise replication of data management tasks.
Each user (staff or student) is given an account for any EasyTrace modules which they use. Card or biometric identity data is managed and monitored and all actions a user takes via an EasyTrace application (e.g. using the cashless catering system or EasyPrint) are visible. For example, at the touch of a button it is possible for administrators to see what time a student arrived at school, what lunch they purchased, and what documents they have printed.
