E-Registration |
EasyTrace Electronic Registration is easy to use and extremely versatile. It is configured to automatically update your school’s MIS system and allows your management teams to pull a variety of real-time reports such as time of registration and persons onsite or offsite. It is particularly useful in a 6th form environment where there is a need to support student autonomy whist also monitoring attendance. |
Electronic Lockers |

EasyTrace offers a secure and flexible approach to centrally allocating and managing lockers across the school - by pupil, groups of pupils, time or location. Locker utilisation can be tailored around the curriculum or students’ movement around the school to increase security and reduce the amount of carrying required. It also gives staff and students the convenience of accessing to their lockers using the same card system that is used across the establishment and reduces administration overheads.

E-Payment Systems |
Internet payment can be used to load money onto user accounts for Cashless Catering, print / photocopying, or even to pay for school trips and activities. As soon as credit is loaded, the customer’s account is updated. Transactions can be viewed through reports within the EasyTrace system software or through users’ individual accounts. EasyTrace is a partner of ParentPay and can carry out all coding and system integration for you.

Library Systems |

EasyTrace can integrate with a wide range of third party library systems enabling staff and students to use the same card for the library as they do to access other school facilities (eg for cashless catering, print management, e-registration etc).
