Why use EasyTrace Electronic Lockers?

Lockers are an expensive resource and it can take significant time to manage the effects of lost or broken keys and locked padlocks. Furthermore, demand for locker space varies at different times of day according to timetabling and pupil location.

EasyTrace offers a secure and flexible approach to centrally allocating and managing lockers across the school, giving staff and students access to their lockers using the same card system that is used to access other school facilities (e.g. for cashless catering, print management, e-registration, access control and library management). This delivers improved locker utilisation, reduces management time, and may also reduce the total number of lockers required across the school.
