E-Registration in Schools
Auditing and reporting
There are a range of standard reports already pre-configured within the EasyTrace E-Registration solution. In addition, bespoke reports can be created by school staff, to meet specific requirements. The data can be accessed from any authorised PC and is exportable to most spreadsheet or database applications.
Standard reports include:
Swipes in and out
Fire Report
The most effective reporting, however, is done directly from the MIS system - which will have been populated with up-to-date data via the EasyTrace E-registration system.
