Card Production

EasyTrace offers two options for card production - a fully outsourced service, or everything you need to become self sufficient and manage your card production in-house.

Either solution allows the cards to be designed and produced using the student data available within the Infinity database and, for easy card management, EasyTrace have adopted a card production system that captures the unique identifier of a user onto and into the card when it is printed. It really couldn't be easier!

Outsourced Solution

We are able to carry out the initial (and ongoing if you wish) card production for you. This includes the cards, encoded correctly, with images, icons and student pictures as you require. The finished cards are dispatched to you ready to use.

We find that many schools choose this option for their initial set-up and then manage their own card production for ongoing replacement cards and the intake of new students.

Card Design
Whichever solution you choose, card design is bespoke to meet your specific needs. You may select any colours, logos and images to use. Often the image of the cardholder and school logo form part of the design. Enrolment number is also often included to simplify administration and identification.

Capturing Photos
New photos can be captured using a digital camera or scanner, or can be downloaded directly from the MIS database.

Integration with other systems
Integration with third party applications, e.g. local transport companies and other community facilities (public libraries, leisure centres etc) may also be an option. Please contact us for more information.
